Audit And Assurance
The Companies Act has raised the audit threshold to companies with turnover of in excess of ?6.5 million. Most companies have the option of dispensing with an audit.
We can prepare statutory accounts for submission to Companies House and, as registered auditors, can undertake statutory audit work.
Options open to clients can be discussed, including audit, since this may be required by providers of finance, or for internal control.
An audit can be an important "health check" on a company.

Taxation
United Kingdom tax legislation is one of the most complicated in the world.
Our tax services help clients to comply with this legislation and minimise tax liabilities.
For individuals we will prepare tax returns for submission to HM Revenue & Customs. We will calculate any tax liabilities and inform the client when they should be paid.
For businesses we prepare any required tax computation from the business' accounts and submit the business' tax return and computation to HMRC.
We advise both individuals and businesses on opportunities to save tax by planning and making appropriate claims and elections.
